Booking Terms and Conditions
Please read the following booking conditions carefully. You are responsible for understanding the policies outlined below.
A 20% Deposit (of the full course fee) is required to secure a place on one of our programmes.
Course Fee Balances
Full payment must be received no later than 60 days prior to the first day of the scheduled course being attended.
- Cancellations 61 days or more, prior to the first day of booked course:
Full refund less course deposit (20 % of course fee).
- Cancellations 60-31 days prior to the first day of booked course:
Full refund less 50% of total course fees.
- Cancellations within 30 days of the first day of booked course:
No refund! 100% of course fee will be retained.
General Terms and Conditions
Niseko Academy is owned and operated by Aspire LLC (hereafter referred to as 'The Academy'). The Academy reserves the right to modify programme details regarding dates, prices and/or schedules in any way, without notice. The right is also reserved to decline to accept, cancel or withdraw any client.
Refunds cannot be made, under any circumstances, for services, accommodation, instruction, lift passes and functions not utilized. An itemization of costs will not be rendered. If required a receipt will be provided for the full cost of the course. The Academy accepts no responsibility for any accidents, damage, loss, injury, sickness, death, cancellation, delay, detention, deviations, war strikes, quarantine or other unforeseen events.
Travel insurance is always strongly recommended. A policy should be taken out at the time of booking. Your travel agent can arrange this cover on your behalf. You should make sure that your insurance covers winter sports and off-piste skiing/snowboarding.
Passport and Visas
A valid passport is required for overseas travel and for some countries a consular visa is also required. The possession of such documents is solely the passenger's responsibility. US, UK, NZ, and Australian citizens are allowed to enter Japan for up to 90 days without a visa. A working Holiday Visas is a prerequisite for joining the course 13 week 'Work Placement' Course.
Course fees may be subject to change until Instructor Training Academy receives full payment based on the current rate of exchange at the time all remitted monies are deposited in The Academy bank account. All payments are to be received in Japanese Yen, with 'at source' bank charges paid at your local bank.
Payment of Monies Constitute Acceptance of our Booking Terms and Conditions
It is the responsibility of the person paying to inform all other people in the booking group of all booking conditions and general info. The person who pays shall be primarily liable for all fees for the entire group in the event of any cancellation.
