Two Week Progression Session
Challenge yourself to a fun, skills-based training course. Technique development with all-mountain strategies and tactics to give you the confidence to tackle a variety of terrain and conditions, from powder to park.
The above dates are from arrival date to departure date, however if you wish to stay longer just let us know and we can quote you appropriately. Furthermore, we can also quote camp-only packages (without accommodation etc.) from 144,000 JPY.
This camp includes:
- Two week Hirafu-Hanazono lift pass
- 13 nights of accommodation (comfortable twin-share lodge accommodation – single supplement also available)
- 40 hours of on-snow coaching
- Resort orientation afternoon on the 24th
- Resort transfers to and from Sapporo New Chitose Airport
- Video analysis
- Written riding assessment with advice for further progression
- Course review… in a bar on the last night (naturally)
The camp cost above does not include:

Powder Camps with ‘Powder Detours’
Not only do we do instructor training and snowboard improvement camps, but we also offer powder-specific camps, under our Powder Detours brand. We have one-week intro-to-powder camps for intermediates, and a two-week Hokkaido road trip for more experienced riders.

Two Week Hokkaido Detour
At Powder Detours we also offer a two-week Hokkaido trip, offering more advanced riders the opportunity to explore much further off-the-beaten-track.
